LEM, Ranjit post wins

VIJAYAWADA: LEM Cricket Club defeated Narasaraopet XI by two wickets while Ranjit Cricket Club beat Guntur Cricket Club by six wickets in the Guntur District Cricket Association’s super league tournament at Guntur on Wednesday.

The scores: NRT XI 185 in 38 overs (M. Surendra 55, Irfan three for 31, Bhaskar three for 40) lost to LEM CC 189 for eight in 39.5 overs (Jitendra Kumar 65, Irfan 53).

GCC 154 in 38 overs (V. Anil 35, Wilson four for 30, J. Sivakoteswara Rao three for 15) lost to Ranjit CC 158 for four in 24 overs (Ganesh 47, Patan Basha 39 n.o, R.P. Anil 39).
