Missing and suspicious death cases resolved

Staff Reporter

Coimbatore: The West Zone police have resolved ten cases of missing persons and unidentified dead bodies.

Similarly, 18 missing persons had returned home but not informed the jurisdiction police station for the closure of the case.

A slide show on missing persons and cases of victims not identified in death under suspicious circumstances were cross verified.

Similarly, efforts were made to check with the complainants on whether missing persons had returned home.

Cross similarities were obtained in 103 cases which required a deeper scientific probe for confirmation.
