NGO Association stages protest

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Activists of the NGO Association staged a protest in front of the Secretariat on Thursday demanding that the Chief Minister honour his promise on pay revision of government employees and teachers. Association State vice-president Aanad Shahid, who inaugurated the dharna, asked the government to grant 25 per cent of the basic pay as interim relief and take steps to appoint the pay commission. — Special Correspondent
