MADURAI: Madurai Circle of Canara Bank conducted a traders’ meet here on Tuesday. Marketing officials R.N. Vivekanandan and S.V. Motilal spoke on the eligibility norms for traders and also regarding the quantum of loans. The scheme is available for corporates, wholesale dealers and retail traders, besides processionals such as doctors, lawyers and auditors, those in the service industry, self-employed persons and commission agents. Other schemes such as insurance, mutual funds and depository accounts were also explained.
