THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: PRS Builders launched their latest project, Lakeville, here on Sunday. It was inaugurated by Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor. Minister for Sports, Law and Parliamentary Affairs M. Vijayakumar presided over the function and unveiled a new logo of PRS Builders. Mayor C. Jayan Babu released the brochure of Lakeville. City Corporation councillor K.O. Asokan, CEO of PRS Group R. Murugan and Director of PRS Builders Sabari Rathen spoke on the occasion. PRS Lakeville, set amidst the picturesque locale of Akkulam, has two blocks of 14 storeys, with 70 apartments in each block. In addition to the regular amenities, Lakeville offers other facilities like swimming pool, fitness centre, day care centre, recreation hall, children's park, solar heat plant and ayurveda centre. The apartments give an unlimited view of both the sea and the lake. It is a home in a calm and peaceful location, with easy access to all the facilities that the city has to offer.
