Special Correspondent

Bangalore: Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs S. Suresh Kumar on Monday hit out at Union Law Minister M. Veerappa Moily for his alleged statement that the BJP Government could be dismissed if Congress president Sonia Gandhi so desired, and said the Congress leader had insulted democracy by making such a remark.

Addressing presspersons here, Mr. Suresh Kumar said the people of the State voted the BJP for a five-year term and that the Government could not be destabilised.
