Six held, 65 red sander logs seized

KADAPA: Forest and police officials arrested six persons and seized 65 red sander logs in three different places in Kadapa district on Thursday. Officials intercepted a car near Thuvvapalle circle and seized 22 logs worth Rs. 40,000. Police seized 20 red sander logs near Kanyalavagu in Khajipet and arrested four persons – Ravisankar Reddy, Hussainayya, Chandrayudu and Venkatasubbaiah.
