Directive to pensioners

Chennai: Former employees of the Chennai Corporation or those drawing family pensions have been asked to come in person to show their Pension Payment Order Books to the Accounts Officer (Pensions) Office, Corporation of Chennai, from 10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on working days from March 1 to June 30.

Those who are unable to come in person to submit the documents should send their life certificates with an attestation by a gazetted officer along with medical certificate obtained from R.M.O. in prescribed form, through post.
