43 clear campus interview

THANJAVUR: Forty three candidates have been selected at the campus interview held recently at George Higher Secondary School at Vishnupuram in Tiruvarur distrct recently.

TVS (Sundaram auto components, plastic division) factory near Tambaram conducted the campus interview. All the selected have been asked to report for duty at the factory within a week, said a press release issued here by N. Kalayanasundaram, secretary of the school. S. Venkatraman, Assistant Manager (HRD), and his team conducted the campus interview for which 75 candidates turned up.

According to Mr. Kalyanasundaram, 12 campus interviews have so far been conducted in the school campus. Nearly 500 candidates attended the campus interviews and 20 per cent have been shortlisted and made permanent in their factories in the past three years.

TVS companies like Wheels India, Haritha Infotech, Haritha Ferer, Sundaram Auto components are the major participants.
