HYDERABAD: The Cyberabad police on Sunday arrested two persons for allegedly committing a series of thefts in the city and its suburbs.
Electronic goods and gold jewellery weighing 13 tolas, all worth over Rs.4.5 lakh, were recovered from the duo, Narasimha and his associate Ranjit, both natives of Medak district.
The offenders were nabbed after a police patrol team accosted them while they were waiting at a bus stop with a popular brand laptop and a camera stolen from a house.
The accused were involved in two cases of robbery reported in Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills and five more cases in Raidurgam police station limits.
