DHARWAD: Members of the Muslim and other minority communities participated in good number in the “festival of colours” in Dharwad and a few parts of Hubli on Monday. Despite the restrictions on vehicular movement on several roads, people came out in large numbers to celebrate Holi. In Dharwad, it was a colourful and vibrant celebration with people of all age groups coming out in large numbers to participate in the event. The celebrations began early in the morning after the “Kama Dahana”.
