Elgi Equipments acquires French firm

COIMBATORE: Elgi Equipments has acquired Belair of France, a company engaged in assembly, sales and service of industrial compressors, piping, fittings and accessories. It has acquired the entire stake of the company for euro 700,000 (about Rs. 4.35 crore) which has been funded from internal accruals, says a release.
