Sterlite bags award

IN RECOGNITION:Sanjay Karn, General Manager – Corporate Affairs, SIIL, receiving the award from Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma in New Delhi.

Tuticorin: Sterlite Industries India Limited (SIIL) has bagged a national-level award for its outstanding export performance as Non -Small Scale Industry Export Oriented Unit (EOU) in the granite and minerals sector for the year 2007-08.

According to statement, the award was presented to SIIL at a function organised by the Export Promotion Council for EOUs and SEZs (EPCES) at New Delhi, recently. Sanjay Karn, General Manager, Corporate Affairs, SIIL, received the award from the Commerce and Industry Minister, Anand Sharma.
