Coimbatore: The Department of Physics of PSG College of Technology will organise a seminar on “Wear, Friction and Tribology – Towards Nanoscale” on March 8. Srikant V. Joshi, Associate Director, ACRI, Hyderabad, will inaugurate the seminar.

Leadership award

The Rotary Club of Coimbatore Texcity will organise a Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) training programme for the differently-abled children from March 8 to 13 at the SVS College.

Some 90 children from different parts of India and Sri Lanka are expected to attend.

Workshop

According to a press release, the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of Dr. NGP Arts and Science College will organise a workshop on chocolate making on March 9 and 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
