NEW DELHI: Ronjan Sodhi shot a World record-equalling 147 out of 150 in double trap in the shotgun World Cup at Acapulco, Mexico, on Saturday, but was not eligible to make the finals as he was competing in the MQS category. Sodhi had rounds of 49, 50 and 48 as he equalled the World record for the second time. He had shot two World records 147 and 194 on way to the gold in the World Cup in Belgrade in 2008. The results: Men: Double trap: 1. Joshua Richmond (USA) 192 (144); 2. Hakan Dahlby (Swe) 191(22) 144; 3. Jeffrey Holguin (USA) 191(21) 141; 4. Vikram Bhatnagar 186 (140) 1; 7. Ajay Mittal 140(0); 10. Mohammed Ashab 137. MQS: Ronjan Sodhi 147; Himanshu 137 .
