‘Super Soccer Star' on ESPN STAR
NEW DELHI: ESPN STAR Sports will air ‘Super Soccer Star', India's first football reality show, during the course of the FIFA World Cup later this year.
The show, which aims to discover young talent in association with the renowned Chelsea Football Club, will feature 20 contestants between the ages of 13 and 16.
The contestants, who will be chosen after trials and live events across the country, will enter an academy for four weeks.
Four shortlisted finalists will travel to London to be evaluated by Chelsea FC.
The winner will earn an opportunity to attend a training program at Chelsea's academy in Cobham.
