RTC to run SSC exams special

HYDERABAD: APSRTC will run 245 special buses from different points in the city for the convenience of students appearing for SSC Public Examinations from March 22 to April 8.
The buses are in addition to the regular route buses, a press release from APSRTC said.
Labelled ‘SSC Exams Special' on the left windscreen of the buses, they will operate from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. before the examination and 12 noon to 1 p.m. after the examination.
Students possessing examination hall tickets and free/concessional student route bus passes will be allowed to travel free to the examination centres and back, the corporation said in the release. Origin, distance and destination mentioned in the buss pass will make no difference on the days of examination.
