‘Fight jihadist forces'

Special Correspondent

SHIMOGA: International general secretary of the Vishwa Hindu Parishat Praveen Togadia said here on Sunday that the interests of Hindus could not be safeguarded unless a new law based on their hopes was brought in.

Addressing the Pranteeya Virat Hindu Yuva Samavesh organised to mark the silver jubilee of the Bajrang Dal, he expressed concern at what he called the menace of “jihad” in different forms. He called upon people to join hands with the police in fighting the jihadi forces.

Mr. Togadia appealed to people to take a pledge to fight anti-national forces.
