Four share lead

KOLKATA: Grandmaster R.R. Laxman was held to a draw by Ram S. Krishnan on the top board in the eighth round of the Purbachal Shakti Sangha FIDE rated chess tournament here on Monday.

The two along with Saurav Khherdekar and Linda Rangarajan were jointly led the field with seven points each.

International Master Vikramaditya Kamble and Anurag Jaiswal were half a point behind the leaders in the joint second spot while 13 occupied the joint third spot with six points each. — Special Correspondent
