Police making arrangements for Chief Minister Rosaiah's Sunday visit at Government Arts College at Rajahmundry on Saturday.

Rajahmundry: “Oodarpu Yatra” of Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohana Reddy in West Godavari just 24 hours ahead of Chief Minister K. Rosaiah's visit is not accidental but said to be planned by political analysts.

Jagan got tumultuous welcome in Eluru and other places in West Godavari and the cadres in East Godavari are planning to make Mr Rosaiah's visit in East Godavari on Sunday a success.

It is known fact that differences between the two were not patched up and “Oodarpu Yatra” is said to be reinforcing tour to give boost to his cadres and show of strength.

On the other hand, Mr. Rosaiah's sincere disciple and APIIC Chairman S. Sivarama Subrahmanyam is in the forefront of making all arrangements to make Chief Minister's public meeting in Rajahmundry a grand success.

However, the CM's programme was changed in Amalapuram parliamentary constituency because of the tussle between Minister Pinipe Viswaroop and MP G.V. Harsha Kumar, though both have given statements denying it.

As Cabinet reshuffle was on cards, Mr Viswaroop and Mr Pilli Subashchandra Bose kept silent in the beginning. Later, when they came to know that reshuffle was postponed they took active participation in the arrangements. Congress MLAs who were close to YSR from the district are still keeping distance from the programme and those who are aspiring for ministerial berths are working round the clock for the success of the programme.

“We are expecting 50,000-75,000 people for the first public meeting of Mr. Rosaiah in government Arts College grounds and made complete arrangements,” said Mr. Sivarama Subrahmanyam and MLC Kandula Durgesh along with MLA Rowthu Suryaprakasha Rao.

However, MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar went to Eluru on Saturday to participate in Jagan's tour and Mr Harsha Kumar and his cadre conducted a rally in support of Mr Rosaiah's meeting.
