TDP urges Srikrishna panel to study underdevelopment

NELLORE: Former minister and TDP district president Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy submitted a report to Srikrishna Committee, which was constituted to study on the demand for separate Telangana and united Andhra Pradesh.

Giving a copy of the report to the newsmen at a press conference here on Monday, Mr.Somireddy appealed the panel to study the underdevelopment and injustice being done to coastal and Rayalseema districts and the warnings being given by some Telangana leaders to chase out the Andhra people and traders from Hyderabad and the neighbouring districts.

The TDP leader urged the Committee members to submit recommendations to the Centre in to prevent attacks on Andhra people and restore peace in the State.
