Sandeep Joshi

NEW DELHI: Paramilitary personnel manning international borders will have to pay less for using satellite phones. The Department of Telecommunication (DoT) has decided to reduce call charge from Rs.5 to Re.1 per minute for using the phones at border outposts. The new rate, taking effect from April 15, will enable them to contact their families more frequently.
