Akola, Nagpur sizzle, heat wave grips Vidarbha region

Nagpur: The entire Vidarbha region was in the grip of heat wave conditions on Friday.

Akola recorded the highest temperature at 46.2 degree Celsius, followed by Nagpur at 45.2 degree Celsius.

Temperature at other important centres was as follows: Amravati 43.5, Bramhapuri 44.5, Buldana 42.8, Chandrapur 44.5, Gondia 44.3, Wardha 45, Washim 43.6 and Yavatmal 43.6 degree Celsius. — PTI
