News portal, film website launched

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister K. Rosaiah on Thursday launched a news portal NewsAlso.com and a film website CinemaLive18.com being promoted by a group of senior journalists.
The Chief Minister said news and views should not be clubbed together. Facts were sacred, while comments were free and efforts should be made not to mix the two, he said.
He hoped that the two websites would provide accurate information to people and advised them to maintain high standards for ensuring reliability and credibility of the portal.
News portal editor K. Ramadas, senior journalist and HMTV editor K. Ramachandra Murthy spoke at the function to mark the launch.
