Pune FC holds Mahindra United

Mumbai: Arataizumi's second half goal put paid to Mahindra United's title hopes as Pune FC secured a 1-1 against the home team in a 23rd round I-League football match at the Cooperage Ground here on Wednesday.

Arata's goal in the 58th minute restored parity for the visitor after Steven Dias had scored for Mahindra in the 39th minute.

With this draw, Mahindra has 38 points from 23 matches while the visitor has 32 points from 22 outings. — PTI
