Pension money order adalat on May 10

TIRUCHI: The Department of Posts would conduct a regional level old age pension money order adalat at the Tiruchi Head Post on May 10, according to S.P.Rajalingam, Post Master General (Central Region), Tiruchi.

The adalat was meant to redress grievances relating to persons drawing old age pension of the State government through money orders. Such pensioners can send in their complaints/grievances in writing to V.Kumarakrishnan, Assistant Director (Mails), Office of the Post Master General, Central Region, Tamil Nadu, Tiruchi 620001 on or before Thursday.

The complaints should provide full details, including the name and address of the pensioners, the post office through which the money order was being received, nature of grievances. The complaints should be sent only by ordinary/registered posts or Speed Post.

Complaints sent through courier would not be entertained. The cover should be superscribed as ‘Old Age Pension Money Order Adalat May 2010,' Mr.Rajalingam said in a press release.

The adalat would be held at 11 a.m. on May 10.
