All in the name of the Lord

While thousands of common pilgrims go through all kinds of tribulations for a ‘darshan' of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala, the shenanigans of the temple administrators are hogging all the limelight. Instead of working on ways to ensure hassle free ‘darshan' for pilgrims, we see rackets unearthed every other day on sale of laddus, sevas and accommodation. Meanwhile, administrators' obsession of gold plating the temple has even reached the High Court. Pilgrims can only pray to the Lord.
