Kanaka downs Durgans

BANGALORE: Kanaka (Kolar) downed Chitradurga's Durgans 37-14 in the boys section of the State Youth (under 16) basketball championship on the third day at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium courts here on Monday.

The results: Boys: Greens 17 (Giridhar 10) bt NAL Colony 7 (HT:15-3); SAI, Dharwad 36 (Mosin 16, Yash Shetty 11) bt YFBC, Kolar 20 (Janardhan 7); Kanaka, Kolar 37 (Rajath 15) bt Durgans, Chitradurga 14 (Raghavendra 7) .
