IMPHAL: A group of youths, suspected to be tribal students, set fire to the office of the Public Works Department in Senapati district of Manipur on Tuesday night.

This is the 21st government office to be burnt in the State by tribal students, who are protesting against the holding of the autonomous District Council elections and the government's refusal to allow Thuingaleng Muivah, NSCN (I-M) general secretary, to visit Manipur.

Reports said all documents, furniture, computer and other materials were destroyed.
