President Ayub Khan of Pakistan said in London on My 13 that “to my knowledge” no meeting between him and Mr. Nehru had been arranged. President Ayub was asked at a press conference if there were any chance of his meeting Mr. Nehru in the near future. He replied, “There is nothing arranged to my knowledge” and added that Mr. Nehru had not expressed a desire for such a meeting. The President was then asked, “But you have expressed such a desire? He answered, “I did more than express a desire. I went uninvited to India.
