GIC Housing Finance pays Rs. 4.50 dividend

CHENNAI: GIC Housing Finance has recorded a 17.4 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs. 67.09 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010, against Rs. 57.14 crore in the previous fiscal. The board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share against Rs. 4 per share previously. Total income was Rs. 311.11 crore against Rs. 312.49 crore. — Corporate Reporter
