School produces first three rank holders

Vellore: First three rank-holders in Plus-II examinations in Vellore district are from Shrishti Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Brammapuram, Vellore.

While N.Kavitha has secured 1182 marks and became the district topper, D. Janani has secured 1179 marks and got second rank in the district.

M. Priyadharshini of the same school obtained 1177 marks and became third rank-holder.

School correspondent Rajendran termed the achievement a result of good teaching in the school. District fares well

Vellore district has recorded 76.7 pass percentage in the examinations as against last year's 68.7 percentage. Out of the total 35,080 students from 244 schools who appeared for the examinations, 26,897 passed.
