SALEM: Asthampatti police carried out surprise raids in various areas and seized 65 litres of illicit arrack and toddy. Police said that the raids took place at Kallankuthu Pudur and Thinnapudur where they also arrested three persons for illicit brew selling.

The raids, they warned, would further continue.
