Damaged Genco towers to be restored

KHAMMAM: Ajay Jain, Managing Director, AP Genco said that the towers of the 220 kv line that crashed to the ground in the impact of gales near Enkoor would be restored by June 18. He visited Buradaraghavapuram village to take stock of the work.

He said the loss was put at Rs 40 lakhs. A JNTU team would visit the area and take up study to strength the towers.
