TDP panel to study Dubbaka weavers' problems

HYDERABAD: The TDP has formed a committee to study the situation of handloom weavers in Dubbaka in Medak district, where a large number of suicides were reported in recent years.

Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu has formed the committee after a group of handloom weavers from the area called on him recently and complained about their total neglect by the State government. The committee will comprise N. Kistappa, Hindupur MP, G. Sudharani, Rajya Sabha member, among others .
