HYDERABAD: Ramky Enviro Engineers and GE Power & Water on Monday announced the signing of agreements to enhance the role they would play in meeting India's growing industrial wastewater treatment and recycling needs. The former is engaged in environmental and waste management while the latter is a global supplier of water and effluent treatment technology and solutions.
As part of the tie-up, GE's ultra-filtration and membrane bio-reactor technology will be used by Ramky Enviro for its projects in the Indian industry. It is estimated that wastewater treatment would increase by about 18 per cent year-on-year.
