Coimbatore: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Coimbatore has exhorted the subscribers to send their complaints regarding unsettled long pending grievances (for more than 6 months) relating to Telecom service complaints and mobile billing complaints.

A release from the Principal General Manager (BSNL), Coimbatore said that customers could send in their complaints before June 22 to N. Ranganathan (PRO), Office of the Principal General Manager, BSNL, No 2, Bharathi Park Road II, Coimbatore 641 043.

3G services

Similarly, BNSL has announced the availability of 3G services at Coimbatore/Tirupur.

3G video calls are charged at 30 paise only. Customers could avail the facilities like video games, online business and video streaming etc. BSNL's 3G technology takes customers surfing to the next generation. Online video

The services are so fast that the customers could play online video and songs in real time without buffering.

Data download speed is up to 3.6 Mbps and could be used anywhere in India, a press release from BSNL says.
