HC dismisses State's appeal

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Monday dismissed an appeal by the State Government against an earlier decision of the court directing the State to shift a village affected by low temperatures. A Division Bench, comprising Justice V.G. Sabhahit and Justice A.S. Bopanna, dismissed an appeal by the State against 75 residents of Yamadandhi village in Belur taluk of Hassan district.
