Citizens Council recommendation

VIJAYAWADA: The Citizens Council For City Development (CCCD) has recommended the film distributors to allow the small-budget films for screening two shows for a day.

At a meeting here on Friday the CCCD suggested that city theatres encourage young and novel talent by allotting sufficient screens for small-budget films. The meeting also suggested to the film makers to work on new and novel projects. Theatres should also take the publicity expenditure as in the previous days.
