The last date for submission of tenders by prospective buyers is July 9 Sale also includes plots meant for use as commercial-cum-residential, hospital, amenities HYDERABAD: A total of 229 plots including residential, group housing blocks and commercial plots in different parts of the city and suburbs have been put for sale by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). Offered through both e-tendering and sealed tenders, these plots are available at Asifnagar (one plot), Miyapur (102), Mushk Mahal Residential Complexes (5), Nallagandla (98), Nandagiri Hills (1), Ramachandrapuram (20) and Tellapur (2). The last date for submission of tenders by prospective buyers is July 9 and while the reserved or offset price for Nandagiri Hills is Rs.40,000 per square yard, most others come with an offset price of Rs.10,000 per sq.yard. The sale also includes some plots meant as commercial-cum-residential, hospital and amenities. The HMDA has developed a residential complex at Mushk Mahal which is about 8 kms from Mehdipatnam and five of the left over plots are put for disposal while the plots available at the residential complex of Miyapur include the ones meant for residential, group housing, commercial-cum-residential and amenities for commercial. Nearly 1,800 residential plots have already been sold at Miyapur during earlier auctions. At the residential complexes of Nallagandla and Tellapur, the HMDA has on offer plots under different categories. While Nallagandla plots are part of what has been developed as self contained township in an area of 338 acres, the latter is being developed with a spread of 250 acres. These twin townships flank the Tellapur Techno City, a project taken up in an extent of 400 acres under agreement with Tishman Speyer Consortium.
