Vinay Rao shines

HYDERABAD: Fine spell by Vinay Rao (five for 71) of BDL was the highlight of the drawn encounter against Evergreen in the A-Division (three-day) league cricket championship match at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium here on Sunday.

Off-spinner Shiv Shanker (three for 67) was the other bowler who impressed.

The scores: BDL 334 & 98 for one (Danny Derek Prince 62) drew with Evergreen 253 ( Baljeet Singh 68, Shiv Shanker three for 67,Vinay Rao five for 71) .
