Importance of soft skills stressed

Guntur: A two-day workshop on soft skills for orientation of final year students of Narasaraopeta Engineering College (NEC) began on the college premises today. The event was organized by the NEC's Training and Placement Cell in association Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

TCS Academic Relations Manager K Suryanarayana delivered the key-note address. “Performance excellence is the life blood in corporate world and every student has to find area of his/her own interest and master atleast one specialized area sought by the industry", he stressed.

NEC Principal B.V. Rama Mohana Rao, NEC Head (Training & Placement) Sai Krishna Kota, college secretary M Ramesh Babu, administrative officer TVSM Mohan Babu and others participated.
