MYSORE: The Union Ministry of Culture has appointed theatre personality from Karnataka C. Basavalingaiah as a member of the expert committee, constituted under the chairmanship of Joint Secretary (Culture), to recommend project proposals for award of scholarships to young artists, according to a press release from the Ministry.
