Haj camp in Malappuram tomorrow

MALAPPURAM: The Ma'dinu Ssaquafathil Islamiyya will organise a Haj camp here on Monday.

Pilgrims going to Makka under the Haj Committee as well as in private groups will attend the day-long camp.

Organisers said elaborate arrangements had been made to welcome the pilgrims at the Swalat Nagar. The camp will begin at 8.30 a.m. and conclude at 5.30 p.m.

5,000 pilgrims

Facilities have been arranged for 5,000 pilgrims, said Ma'din chairman Sayed Ibrahim Khaleel Bukhari. Pilgrims from distant places will be given accommodation facilities, he said.

Mr. Bukhari will lead a special prayer at the camp. Koottampara Abdurahman Darimi will lead the Haj class.
