Open School to conduct ‘Save a Year' exams

KOCHI: The National Institute of Open Schooling will conduct an examination in October-November across the country and abroad for those students who failed in the Class X and XII examinations.
An official release said that the last date for submitting the applications for the ‘Save a Year' programme is July 20.
Those who have not studied up to X and XII can write the examinations in April–May, 2011. The last date for submitting the applications is August 31.
The institute has an option of on-demand examination for certification in case of emergency. Students can write their examination at the Regional Centre, Mamangalam, Kochi, every Tuesday and Wednesday by applying anytime throughout the year.
