Seminar for valuers

COIMBATORE: Coimbatore Branch of the Institution of Valuers will organise a seminar on “Quality Assurance in Valuation of Assets in the Changing Scenario” here on July 23 and 24.

According to a release, 20 experts on different faculties of valuation of assets will present papers on topics of relevance. Experts from Global and National realty firms, senior chartered accountants, advocates, bankers and valuers will present papers on the latest developments and techniques in valuation of assets and methods to improve the quality of practice.

The focus of the seminar will be on Indian and regional market trends and the quality assurance in valuation of assets. Advocate N. V. Nagasubramaniam will present a paper on “Land Titling Act 2010” that is proposed by the Central Government.
