Top-level changes at MphasiS

BANGALORE: MphasiS on Friday announced that Dr. Friedrich Froeschl, who has been an Independent Director on the MphasiS Board since March 2009, will be its new Chairman (non-executive). Mr. Froeschl replaces Andy Mattes, who resigns from the board.

It has appointed Francesco Serafini as Vice- Chairman (non-executive).

In addition, the company named three new non-executive directors: Balu Doraisamy, Juergen Reiners, and Gerard Brossard, says a release.
