COIMBATORE: A training programme in “Value-added products from amla” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on July 20 and 21. The training will cover preparation of amla squash, ready-to-serve beverages, amla jam, pickle, candy, and dehydrated amla.

Those interested can pay a fee of Rs. 1,000 in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Dean, Agricultural Engineering, and send it to Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, TNAU, Coimbatore – 641003. For details, contact 0422-6611268.
