NEW DELHI: To spread awareness about yoga and the right food habits, National Institute of Naturopathy, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy organised a “Natural Health Food Fair and Yoga Awareness Programme” in the Capital. The three-day event concluded over the weekend. This fair was open to the public on all three days without any entrance fee. Health food items were exhibited along with their method of preparations . Banner explaining the right food habits along with a variety of dishes and juices were also displayed. Yoga demonstration was given from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and special yoga classes were also arranged for the public. Healthy dishes In a press statement, the organisations said that they wanted the people to experience food with a difference by offering delicious, cooked and uncooked natural healthy dishes. They also stressed that food prepared without spices, frying and even without cooking could be delicious.
