23 more eSeva centres to accept passport forms

HYDERABAD: The Regional Passport Officer has informed in a press release that there will be only one system for online registration and no date or time stamp will appear on the application form. Earlier, there were Tatkal and ordinary online registrations.
Applicants can submit applications within 30 days of online registration either at the passport office between 10 a.m. and 12 noon or at any designated eSeva centres (for ordinary passports only) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A maximum of 300 Tatkal and 100 ordinary applications will be accepted a day on a first come, first served basis.
There are 17 eseva centres accepting passport applications of both online and handwritten and another 23 eseva centres too would be accepting passport applications from first week of August. The new centres are at Banjara Hills, Habsiguda, Khairatabad, Kukatpally, Malakpet, Marredpally, Mint Compound, Miyapur, Musheerabad, Nallakunta, Rethibowli, Santoshnagar, S.R. Nagar, Vanasthalipuram.
